Sandy Stone

Sandy Stone knew she wanted to be a DJ since she was 6. Practicing talking into a homemade microphone was a common sight in her household.

At 17 she landed her first gig in Nacogdoches, TX. From there she worked in West Palm Beach, Raleigh then landing in Sacramento at Salem Broadcasting for 8 years where she was Production Manager and the morning co-host.

After that it was on to the Oldies format at K-Hits 92.1, and also Rock100DIZ where she gets to let loose and enjoy some really good rock! Sandy loves to play tennis, although she's constantly fighting tennis elbow, pretends she's a rock star on the Wii Guitar Hero (she's now on expert) and she's a bit addicted to Americal Idol. (Did she really admit to that??) She also does tons of Voice Overs for radio, TV, internet and eLearning.
